You don’t have to already be in crisis to benefit from anxiety counselling. Many people come in feeling stretched thin, overwhelmed, or stuck in patterns they can’t quite explain. I support people with in person anxiety counselling in Toronto or online across Ontario and worldwide.

Anxiety rarely has one single cause, so anxiety counselling here is not one size fits all. Depending on what fits you, our work may draw on EMDR-informed techniques, Parts Work, attachment-informed counselling, CBT, and emotion regulation skills. Curious what else we offer? What this can include:
Whether you are doing anxiety counselling in Toronto in person or connecting online, sessions are collaborative and paced to what feels right for you. There is no pressure to have the right words or to dive into anything before you are ready.
How sessions build over time:
I’ve spent more than two decades sitting with people in some of the most tender seasons of their lives. That work has taught me that healing is rarely linear, and that the goal is not to erase your story. The goal is to help you hold it with more clarity, more compassion, and more freedom.
Sessions are offered virtually to clients worldwide, including across Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, Dubai, Bahrain, Qatar, and India, with limited in-person availability in Toronto.
We are also in the process of organizing in-person gatherings for the Unraveling Circle with Grace. If you’re interested in attending, please contact us to be added to the list for updates and upcoming events.
50 minutes for standard sessions. Extended sessions are available when the work calls for it.
Most clients meet weekly or biweekly. We’ll find a rhythm that supports the work without overwhelming your life.

Starting counselling can feel vulnerable. A strong counselling relationship is built through safety, trust, and a shared understanding of what you need. My goal is to offer a space where you feel supported as you explore what is hurting, what is protecting you, and what healing may look like for you.
Someone I trust recommended Grace, and I can see why. There is a kindness in the way she listens that makes it easier to be honest with myself. I feel respected and supported, but also gently encouraged to grow. I don’t feel judged — I feel understood.
Grace has a way of working that respects complexity. She doesn’t rush to conclusions or offer simplistic answers. Our conversations are thoughtful, nuanced, and genuinely illuminating. I feel more capable of understanding myself with clarity.
Working with Grace has helped certain memories feel less overwhelming. She is attentive to pacing and makes the process feel manageable. I feel more steady, and less defined by past experiences.
Grace was suggested to me as someone who works with depth and integrity. She balances professionalism with genuine attentiveness. I feel confident in the work we are doing together.
Over time, working with Grace has helped me shift patterns I didn’t realize were shaping my life. I feel more grounded in who I am and more confident in how I move forward.
There is a depth to the work with Grace that goes beyond problem-solving. Our conversations create space for reflection, meaning, and a stronger sense of inner alignment.
Grace notices what matters. She listens carefully and responds with insight and care. I feel understood in a way that helps me be more honest with myself.
